About MaxLite LED Area Lights
MaxLite offers both standard and high mount LED area lights to help replace metal halide and high pressure sodium lighting fixtures.
The MaxLED® line of LED Area Lights replaces 250, 320 and 450 watt metal halide fixtures, offering about $1,300 in energy savings during its 50,000 hour lifetime. Available in three different wattages -- 70, 100, and 140 -- the fixtures all emit vivid 5000K color temperature light with a CRI of at least 67. Backed by a five year warranty, the area light features copper-placed LEDs to help keep heat down, an IP65-rated one-piece housing, and MaxFOCUSTM light collimator and thermal pressure plate to keep light focused.
For indoor and outdoor projects that require a wide distribution of light, such as driveways, yards, properties, and work areas, take a look at the MaxLite LED High Mount Area Light. Designed to take the place of 150 watt high pressure sodium fixtures, area light is available in two wattages, both illuminating with 5000K color temperature light and a CRI of at least 85. The fixture is made of die-cast aluminum that is sealed to keep out dirt and bugs, and can be mounted to a wall or sealed J-boxes.
