Available in two wattages -- 37 and 70 -- the fixtures illuminate with bright 5000K color temperature light with a CRI of at least 67. Light lasts for 50,000 hours, which means you can enjoy more than 17 years of little to no maintenance. The fixture is specially designed to give 30% more light in the 60 and 80-degree zonal regions, while less than 25% of light is lost above the 70 to 80-degree plane. This results in greater light for safety and security when used in areas like parking structures.
The fixture features a one-piece aluminum housing treated to keep rust at bay, and sealed to keep out bugs and dirt. It can be used either indoors or outdoors, as it can operate in temperatures ranging from -30° to 130°F. And it is both occupancy sensor and building control compatible.
