If you're looking for watertight fixture for your next project in a harsh environment, look no further than the MaxLite LED Vapor Tight Linear Fixture. For use in applications such as car washes, parking garages, airports, tunnels and stairwells, the fixture is also parking drive lane safety and building code compliant, designed to meet or exceed seven to 10 footcandles at eight-foot installed heights.
The fixture is constructed of a one-piece reinforced polyester body that keeps corrosion at bay, and helps protect the durable polycarbonate lens inside from dirt and moisture. Its hermetic sealing helps it be IP66-rated, and it can be mounted either to the surface or ceiling depending on your needs.
Light lasts for 50,000 hours, and is kept buzz and flicker-free with minimal glare thanks to LM-80 rated LEDs. Additionally, the fixture uses unique technology to keep operating temperatures cooler, resulting in the need for less heat sinks and allowing LEDs to perform optimally. It is available in four configurations of either 4100K or 5000K color temperature with an 87 CRI.
