US LED's Soffit Light 1x1 troffer luminaire were designed for use in either new construction or retrofit projects in a variety of environments, including offices, retail stores, and large open floor plans.
The 27.5 watt troffer fixture measures 12.1 inches long, 12.1 inches wide by 3.2 inches high and only weighs about 6 pounds, making installation easy. It also comes with a power supply kit to help make installation quick.
The 3500K color temperature light fixture emits 2,200 lumens of light with an efficacy of 80 Lm/W, while the 4000K and 5000K color fixtures deliver 2,300 lumens with an efficacy of 84 Lm/W. All three fixtures have an L70 calculated life of 173,000 hours, and still emit 70% of their original light output after that time mark. Plus the fixtures are dimmable with a Mark 7 (0-10V) dimming interface for even more energy savings.
