Howard Lighting T5 Electronic Fluorescent Ballasts
Howard Lighting's T5 electronic fluorescent ballasts operate 2 lamps, feature program rapid start, multi-volt and standard ballast factor. This line also features high output ballasts. All the models will feature a 3 or 5 year warranty, are UL listed, Class A sound rated, Class P Type 1 Outdoor, series lamp operation, and have end-of-life protection.
The T5 electronic fluorescent ballast models EP2/54HO/PRS/MV/W/SC and EP2/54HO/PRS/MV/W/MC feature a 5 year warranty, are UL and cUL 935 listed, as well as UL “HL” rated for hazardous locations, meet RoHS compliance, Class A sound rated, and have lamp end-of-life protection. These ballast feature a program rapid start, series lamp operation, a lamp operating frequency greater than 42kHz, and a minimum power factor of 98% for the primary lamp operation. The EP2/54HO/PRS/MV/90C/W model is only UL certified.
The EP2/28T5/PRS/MV and EP2/39HO/PRS/MV models are mult-volt, 2 lamp ballasts with a 3 year warranty. They are UL listed, feature a program rapid start, series lamp operations, and have a lamp operating frequency greater than 60kHz. The 28T5 has a minimum power factor of 98% for its primary lamp operation while the 39HO has a minimum power factor of 99%.
