About MaxLite LED Downlights
Retrofit inefficient lighting fixtures -- such as incandescent and CFL -- with MaxLite's full lines of LED downlights.
The LED Recessed Downlight Retrofits provide an easy to install option for retrofitting existing fixtures in hospitals, shopping malls, airports and offices. The EnergyStar-qualified fixture is quickly equipped thanks to a patent-pending quick connect case and conduit for use with an existing junction box. Additionally, the fixture is RoHS-compliant and emits little to no heat during operation, helping to cut down on HVAC costs.
The MaxLED® LED Recessed Retrofit Downlights replaces 50 to 75 watt incandescent lamps in four and six inch recessed downlight fixtures. The fixture lasts between 35,000 to 50,000 hours, offering between 12 to 17 years of almost no maintenance. It is also dimmable down to 10%, uses proprietary heat sink to keep the LEDs running at full capacity, and comes with an Edison base adapter for easy installation.
And MaxLite's LED Recessed Downlight Fixtures can be used in both renovations and new construction projects. Suitable for both wet and dry locations, the fixture is IC rated for direct contact with insulation and meets airtight requirements for 2.0 CFM or less air leakage. Four different models emit 500 lumens of 3000K color temperature lights with a CRI of at least 80, and light lasts for 50,000 hours.
