GE RS6 6" Series

Part of the RS Series of Lumination™ LED Luminaires by GE Lighting, the RS6 is a 6-inch LED downlight that was designed to be used in new construction projects, or to replace halogen recessed cans, spiral CFL and incandescent lighting fixtures. The RS Series offers a one-to-one replacement, and can be easily installed into existing GU24 and E27 sockets.

Installation is a snap -- remove the old fixture, screw on the fixed base or pigtail base for the new fixture into the socket, and place the new fixture in. The RS6 comes with universal mounting clips and a unique design that allows the fixture to be securely installed, yet easily removed if necessary. And the fixture's durable gauge steel housing means the LEDs and drivers inside will not be damaged during installation or transport.

The RS6 LED downlight illuminates with 700 lumens of 2700K or 3000K color temperature light and a 80+ CRI, while only using 10 watts of power. It can be used with smooth dimming down to 10%, and is rated to last for 35,000 hours. The fixture features a flat lens that provides an edge-to-edge lit appearance, so there are no hot spots or pixelation.
