All AL-EMER series models are ETL Listed to UL 924 and can be used to comply with NFPA 101 Life Safety Code when installed according to Jarvis Lighting guidelines. Note – Please check this product's operating temperature ratings before selecting this product for cold-weather applications. Battery-backup system is not rated for cold temperatures.
